I recommend my PT sessions be booked in blocks of 10, as this is a realistic period to start seeing tangible results, although you will feel great after day one. I would like you to receive all the guidance and motivation you need during this time, to ensure we are working at the optimum efficiency to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
A commitment to a 10 session programme, allows me to better target your training schedule for a longer term allowing us to achieve better results than with one off sessions.
The first 30min of your first session will be used to carry out a fitness assessment, so as to ensure exercises are targeted correctly to reduce the risk of injury.
For 30 min session bookings the first session will need to be an hour long to allow for a 30min fitness assessment at the start.
- Please note 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations otherwise unfortunately I will need to charge.
- Please advise me of any new medical issues that arise that have not previously been disclosed, before our training session, in order for me to assess your situation and decide if adaptions are required or training postponed.
